2025 Communications Assistant

Employment Status: Seasonal

Employment Length: 8 weeks between June 23 and August 15, 2025

Remuneration: $18.25/hr 

Reports to: EPIC and Onside Senior Leadership team

• Write and manage high quality content to be posted on web pages/Newsletters/Campaign pieces of our clients· Communicate directly and manage client base
• Manage time efficiently in order to meet content goals and client deadlines
• High quality writing, editing and proofreading skills
• Great organizational skills and ability to manage high workload
• Ability to write compelling content

• Maintain parent/camper relations through email and phone contact
• Ensure website is accurate and regularly updated
• Edit promotional, web, and political copy
• Proofread designed promotional items, business cards, newsletters, posters, etc.
