We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Change Management & Communications Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management and communication, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in end-to-end change implementations for medium to large programs, within the IT sector.

Quantori is an international team: we have colleagues who work not only from office but also remotely from all over the world.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and execution of change management strategies, including Change Impact Assessments, Change Action Plans, Communications Planning, Training Needs Assessments, Training Curriculum, and Readiness Assessments.
- Drive relationships with relevant stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to enable key decision-making, ensuring the success of the project. Provide decision-making autonomy and guide the team to achieve project goals.
- Leverage experience in the Healthcare or Pharmaceutical industry, with familiarity with regulatory requirements and operational dynamics to ensure compliance and relevance in project execution.
- Plan and execute large-scale IT projects, including defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Align the change management plan with the technical implementation teamβs timeline to ensure seamless integration.
- Partner with stakeholders and the Change Management and Communications team to address unique and complex organizational and process questions.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success and minimize disruptions.
- Manage change in a cross-functional organization while being flexible, open to new methodologies, and adaptable to work in ambiguous situations.
