We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Communications Coordinator to join our team in Modesto, CA. The ideal candidate will play a key role in crafting internal and external messaging, supporting communication strategies, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies.

  • Draft press releases, newsletters, reports, and corporate messages.

  • Coordinate communications and logistics for company events, presentations, and initiatives.

  • Maintain and update internal communications tools and calendars.

  • Support branding efforts by ensuring message alignment and consistency.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather content and updates.

  • Monitor communication metrics and prepare performance reports.

  • Assist in media outreach and response coordination.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in a communications, public relations, or coordination role.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and communication tools (e.g., email campaign software, CMS).

  • Exceptional attention to detail and time management.
