A leading digital streaming network seeks a Communications Coordinator to join the Sports Communications department. The successful candidate will assist in various communications and administrative tasks, work on clips, and summarize podcasts.

Communications Coordinator - Sports Responsibilities:

• Media Monitoring & Summarization: Track and summarize weekly media coverage related to our sports division.
• Clip Coordination: Assist in gathering and organizing weekly media clips for internal distribution.
• Administrative Support: Provide general communications administrative assistance, including maintaining media lists and supporting department initiatives.

Communications Coordinator - Sports Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Strong understanding of sports and the media business.
• Ability to accurately summarize media coverage and manage administrative tasks efficiently.
• CoPilot is nice to have.
• Should be highly organized, and a good communicator written and verbal.
• MS Office suite.
• Social Media.

Shift:

• The work must be completed during East Coast core business hours, 9 am - 6 pm.
• 3-4 days/week up to 15 hours/week, each week is flexible depending on the tasks to be completed.
