About The Role:

In this strategic Communications and Engagement role, you will lead communication efforts, manage key issues, and drive improvements in communication and engagement across Endeavour Foundation. Working closely with other teams, you will design strategies and execute plans with impactful messaging that resonates with key stakeholders. By optimising communication processes, you’ll help strengthen relationships and enhance engagement, contributing to the organisation’s continued success.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert strategic communications advice to drive key initiatives, and organisational projects.
  • Create and deliver, engaging content across digital and print platforms.
  • Partner with teams to ensure messaging and information is clear, consistent, and resonates with target audiences.
  • Adapt communication strategies for various channels, producing high-quality assets, including digital content, print materials, video.
  • Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of communication efforts, suing insights to enhance stakeholder engagement.
  • Support change communication efforts and manage issues when required.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience: Five or more years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within large, complex organisations.
  • Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, stakeholder engagement and communication expertise.
  • Qualifications: A degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Public Relations or a related field.
  • Technology Proficiency: Competence in Microsoft Office and an ability to adopt new digital communication tools.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the disability or human services sector (desirable).
  • A valid driver’s licence and the ability to work flexibly when required.
