Communications Generalist \- Content, Design & Coordination

Key Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>

• Content Development & Curation: Research, write, edit, and proofread high\-quality, engaging content tailored for diverse digital platforms, including social media channels, comprehensive campaigns, and internal communication initiatives.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

• Visual Asset Creation & Support: Independently create quick\-turnaround visual assets utilizing tools such as Canva. Provide invaluable support to senior designers by gathering reference materials and assisting with formatting during periods of high demand.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Agency Relationship Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for external agency partners, expertly managing timelines, facilitating feedback loops, and ensuring creative alignment to achieve campaign objectives.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

• Campaign Execution & Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Communication Lead and various internal teams to meticulously execute communication campaigns and deliver high\-impact communication collaterals.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

• Digital Trend Analysis & Optimization: Proactively monitor emerging digital trends, platform best practices, and audience engagement metrics to ensure content tone, format, and distribution strategies are consistently optimized for maximum reach and effectiveness.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
