Join our Brand and Communications team as a Community Communications Coordinator and take the lead in managing and growing Anglicare WA’s regional social media channels. In this role, you will implement a community communications policy for our place-based services, ensuring our messages are relevant, regionally and culturally appropriate, and designed to strengthen connections with local communities.
Your day-to-day will focus on:
• Establishing, monitoring, and maintaining tailored social media platforms unique to each region
• Working with Service Managers, Support Officers, and local staff to create engaging, location-specific content plans
• Implementing initiatives to grow our local social media following and boost online engagement
• Ensuring all community communications and marketing collateral — from social posts to brochures and posters — are current, factual, and meet the needs of each community
• Collaborating across Anglicare WA to support operational objectives such as advocacy, enterprise, philanthropy, and people and culture, always through a community engagement lens
This is not a purely digital marketing role — it’s all about listening to, speaking with, and connecting communities online.
This role is available as full time (1.0FTE) or part time (0.8FTE or 0.9FTE) and is offered as a max term contract until 30 June 2026. It can be based at our East Perth office or performed remotely from regional locations across WA.

To be successful in this role you will:
The successful candidate must possess a current National Police Clearance valid within one year and a WA Driver's Licence.
