About the Role
We’re seeking a skilled Content & PR Manager to lead the creation, coordination, and distribution of compelling content that supports our marketing messaging strategy and reinforces our brand presence across global channels. In this role, you'll align PR, editorial, and social media efforts to ensure consistency of message, tone, and strategic focus across all communications.
You’ll also be responsible for managing a small, high-performing team, ensuring that all campaigns, content, and brand experiences are aligned and impactful. This is a strategic and hands-on role, ideal for someone who excels in both messaging and execution, with a passion for narrative, editorial quality, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Messaging Strategy
• Translate marketing messaging strategy into coordinated content across web, social, PR, and internal communications
• Manage an editorial calendar aligned to business priorities, launches, and events
• Ensure consistent messaging, tone of voice, and branding across all content and platforms
Public Relations & Media Outreach
• Write and distribute press releases, media kits, executive bios, bylines, and media briefings
• Handle standard media inquiries and coordinate interviews and media engagements
• Build relationships with key media contacts and industry publications
Internal & External Communications
• Support internal communications initiatives, including newsletters, announcements, and leadership messaging
• Craft compelling narratives for case studies, blog posts, thought leadership, and award entries
• Support communications for events, sponsorships, and speaking opportunities
Campaign & Social Coordination
• Align social media content with broader campaigns and PR activities to maximise visibility and engagement
• Ensure coordinated messaging across regional marketing, product marketing, and digital teams
• Manage cross-functional reviews and approvals for key content deliverables
Team Leadership & Collaboration
• Lead, coach, and manage a cross-functional team including Events, Digital Demand Generation, and Graphic Design
• Work with Product Marketing to adapt and deliver messaging and value propositions through compelling narratives across press, social, internal, and external content
• Ensure alignment between creative, campaign, and event execution teams to maintain consistency of messaging and brand standards
• Provide clear direction, feedback, and professional development support to drive team performance and engagement
Events & Trade Shows
• Support messaging and PR for industry events, trade shows, and product launches
• Represent the company at key events and support press engagement where applicable
Measurement & Reporting
• Track and report on content and media campaign performance, including reach, engagement, and sentiment
• Continuously refine the communications approach based on data and audience feedback
Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of experience in content marketing, PR, or corporate communications, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail
• Experience managing PR and media relations, including agency coordination or in-house pitching
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing or mentoring a marketing team
• Ability to translate complex technical topics into compelling narratives for diverse audiences
• Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines across multiple initiatives
• Collaborative mindset with a talent for building cross-functional relationships
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working in global or matrixed organisations
• Familiarity with media databases, press distribution tools, and CMS platforms
