Description

The Coordinator of Investment Relations & Stock Transfer supports all aspects of investor communications, engagement, and reporting. This role manages the logistics for investor events, quarterly earnings calls, and marketing initiatives while maintaining accurate investor records and data. The coordinator serves as a primary contact for investor inquiries and ensures timely, compliant distribution of materials and correspondence.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinates logistics for investor marketing events, including roadshows, conferences, and quarterly earnings calls. 
  • Manages investor inquiries, stock transfer requests, and related documentation. 
  • Tracks and facilitates investor engagement with executives and investor relations leaders. 
  • Maintains and updates investor databases, records, portals, and subscription agreements. 
  • Processes and enters trade activity data with accuracy and confidentiality. 
  • Oversees the investor relations inbox and route questions to appropriate subject matter experts. 
  • Manage the department calendar of marketing events and outreach initiatives. 
  • Assists in preparing and reviewing investor materials, reports, and meeting documents. 
  • Distributes confirmations, statements, and market value reports to investors. 
  • Ensures all investor communications and reporting comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies. 
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; able to synthesize complex information and influence at all levels. 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. 
  • Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of: Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word) 

Education/Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Communications, Healthcare Administration, Public Policy, or related field required. 
  •  0 – 2 years of experience in investor relations, corporate communications, executive administration, or related roles preferred
