We’re hiring a Corporate Communications, PR & Campaigns Lead to build the next evolution of our brand story, blending a high-impact corporate narrative with bold, proactive consumer PR and integrated campaigns.This is a senior, strategic leadership role focused on telling the TrustedHousesitters story in a way that builds equity, fuels growth, and supports our ambition to become one of the UK’s leading global tech success stories. You’ll also play a critical role in helping TrustedHousesitters become a household name - driving mass awareness through standout consumer PR and campaigns that get people talking. Your work will help shape how investors, media, talent, policymakers, and the public perceive us - as a purpose-driven, category-defining business.You’ll sit within the Brand & Content team, working alongside Social and member content teammates to create joined-up narratives across owned, earned, and shared channels. You’ll manage a high-performing PR & Campaigns Manager who will focus on Consumer PR, partner with agency teams, and collaborate closely with leaders across the business.

Key Responsibilities

    • Corporate Communications
    • Own and deliver a strategic corporate comms agenda that positions TrustedHousesitters as a global success story with strong UK roots.
    • Build narratives and proactive campaigns that support our long-term business value: tech investment, team growth, economic contribution, and global expansion.
    • Partner with leadership to align messaging with investor, employer brand, and policy goals - championing our value to the UK economy and beyond.
    • Develop messaging and moments that reflect macro themes such as upskilling, innovation, and sustainability.
    • Liaise with our reactive press office, agreeing reactive responses to media enquiries, marshalling requests for information and managing media inbounds.  
    • Manage our corporate communications agency to support the delivery of our plan.


    • Proactive Consumer PR
    • Lead and manage a Consumer PR & Campaigns Manager to develop lifestyle, travel, and cultural PR strategies that build fame, relevance, and emotional resonance. 
    • Support the Consumer PR & Campaigns Manager in: Driving campaigns across PR and other channels that support our consumer brand narrative and overall business objectives. 
    • Securing standout earned media in consumer and lifestyle titles, creating buzz and reinforcing our distinctive brand identity
    • Spotting cultural moments, emerging trends, and real-world behaviours that PR can tap into to keep our consumer narrative(s) relevant and top of mind
    • Partner closely with Content and Social teams to ensure storytelling is consistent across all content touchpoints.


    • Integrated Brand Campaigns
    • Lead and manage our Consumer PR & Campaigns Manager and agency partners to build and run multi-channel brand campaigns that connect earned, owned, and shared efforts around a central creative idea.
    • Advise on the distribution of said campaigns, across the full mix of media channels, with an emphasis on tailoring messaging to fit the format, audience, and channel tone - ensuring that each part of the campaign lands effectively.
    • Champion bold creative thinking, translating our brand values into campaigns and activations that get people talking, and signing up.
    • Collaborate across marketing, product, and data teams to ensure campaigns are insight-led and measurable.


    • Leadership & Collaboration
    • Partnering with the Brand Director and Head of Brand & Content, ensure synergies between our corporate brand strategy and our consumer brand strategy, so they reinforce each other. 
    • Collaborate with the Head of Charitable Partnerships & External Engagement and Member Services to input into crisis communications processes and ensure alignment with our overall communications strategy and brand narrative.
    • Act as a thought partner to leaders across the business, particularly regarding our corporate narrative and agenda.
    • Build relationships with key business, lifestyle, and tech journalists, and act as a senior point of contact for proactive press.
    • Manage and mentor a PR & Campaigns Manager and external PR agencies, ensuring strategy and execution are tightly aligned.


    • Measurement & Impact
    • Define and track KPIs that assess our progress and impact across corporate comms, consumer PR, and campaigns.
    • Define campaign KPIs that encompass both performance outcomes and brand impact measures such as awareness, sentiment, perception, and recall.
    • Build simple but effective reporting frameworks to share learnings, optimise approaches, and tie PR to brand and commercial outcomes.

Key Skills & Experience

    • 10+ years in communications or PR; ideally with both corporate and consumer experience in fast-moving tech or scale-ups.
    • Proven track record of crafting compelling corporate narratives that support brand equity and business valuation.
    • Strong press relationships across UK tech and business media - relationships in lifestyle and travel media a strong plus.
    • The instincts to create standout stories.
    • Strategic storytelling skills with an entrepreneurial mindset and a deep understanding of brand, audience, and media.
    • Leadership experience managing people, agencies, and senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
    • Commercial and cultural awareness: understands how communications shape growth, perception, and strategic advantage.
£60,000 - £75,000 a year
