In this role, you will engage a wide range of key audiences, including our service users and staff, to enhance the Trust's digital presence and reputation.
You will support the ongoing development of the Trust's digital communication channels both internally and externally, ensuring these meet the needs of our service users and are accessible to all.
You will ensure our channels are maintained with the most up-to-date engaging information and expand their use as a interactive engagement tool.
In this role, you will utilise analytics and engage with key stakeholders to evaluate the current platforms, before working with the team to create an innovative plan to transform and develop the online content so that information reaches the largest audience possible in the most effective, user-friendly way.
You will provide communications advice to colleagues on how to make the necessary improvements, working with them to develop accessible content (written copy, photos, videos and graphics).
