Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Digital Specialist to support the execution, optimization, and management of digital advertising campaigns across programmatic platforms. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in building and maintaining high-performing campaigns that align with client goals and business objectives.

You will be responsible for data entry, campaign setup, monitoring, and reporting, while staying ahead of emerging trends and optimizing for performance. This role requires someone who is proactive, adaptable, and analytical, with a strong attention to detail and a passion for digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Setup & Execution:

    • Build and launch campaigns within programmatic environments.

    • Input targeting parameters, creatives, budgets, and other key elements for campaign activation.

    • Collaborate with internal teams to gather assets and ensure timely campaign launches.

  • Campaign Management & Optimization:

    • Monitor live campaigns daily for performance, pacing, and delivery.

    • Make data-driven optimizations based on KPIs such as CTR, CPA, CPM, CPC, viewability, and more.

    • Troubleshoot issues and resolve discrepancies in real-time.

  • Reporting & Analysis:

    • Pull performance data and input into standardized reporting templates.

    • Identify patterns, insights, and actionable recommendations based on campaign data.

    • Support the team in preparing post-campaign wrap-up reports.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration:

    • Work closely with media planners, account managers, creative teams, and analytics teams.

    • Ensure all campaigns align with strategy, brand guidelines, and performance goals.

  • Trend & Technology Awareness:

    • Keep a pulse on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies.

    • Provide input on new tools or strategies to improve workflow or campaign performance.

    • Recommend innovative solutions and opportunities based on shifting digital landscapes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital media, preferably in programmatic advertising or media buying.

  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data manipulation and analysis.

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in data entry and reporting.

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

  • Forward thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.

Preferred Skills (Not Required):

  • Experience with digital analytics and tracking setup.

  • Experience working in or with agencies or in-house digital teams.

  • Knowledge of audience targeting, lookalike modeling, and data onboarding.
