Join our Molecular Imaging division as a Digital Marketing Communications Specialist, where you will lead the strategy, development, and execution of global digital marketing initiatives to promote our cutting-edge imaging solutions. In this role, you’ll drive impactful campaigns across web, social media, email, and digital events, ensuring alignment with brand standards and compliance requirements. You are responsible for:
Developing and implementing promotional strategies to help achieve the Business Line objectives through a variety of marketing communications activities.
Driving, expanding, and enhancing digital execution of molecular imaging promotional events across all channels globally.
Leading digital campaign management for the Internet and Intranet, social media, search engine marketing, email, digital sponsorships, and cross-business initiatives
Acting as a catalyst for the digital communications process, promoting prioritization, collaboration, effective communications, and overall team efficiency
Guiding content strategy through performance measurement, ROI digital assessment, and reporting.
Collaborating with global communications teams on initiatives that position the company as an overall leader in the medical imaging industry and building a strong brand.
Supporting the day-to-day digital operation of events including stakeholder collaboration, global product events, and documenting changes.

You have created and developed digital and print marketing communications materials for both clinical and marketing teams to support marketing plans.
Experienced in ensuring all content and materials distributed or published are in compliance with healthcare regulatory and legal requirements, as well as the company’s internal approval processes.
Ensured marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and monitored the effectiveness of each project.
Completed complex projects in advertising and promotional programs, digital campaigns, video, social media, trade shows, internet communications, and special promotions.
Produced complex reports, digital campaigns, videos, and various documents to measure sales and promotional communications effectiveness.
Tracked budgets and projects for the marketing communications department and evaluated vendor and supplier relationships.
Strong PC skills with proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook) and knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign.
Minimum Qualifications:
BA/BS in Digital Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, Advertising, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or advertising.
Demonstrated experience with digital marketing tools such as content management systems, marketing automation tools, CRM, SEO, and social media.
Skilled at creatively translating business strategies and objectives into targeted, engaging communications.
Ability to define and socialize digital requirements that extend across business and geographic segments.
Previous experience working in a healthcare or regulated environment is highly desirable.
Strong project management skills with experience in web development, content planning and development, messaging and positioning, brand management, digital communications, and social media.
Keen sense of visual communications and design.
Excellent English writing and editing skills, with experience writing for the web. Medical or technical writing experience is highly desirable.
Team-oriented and solution-driven mindset, with an appreciation for working in a culturally diverse environment.
Able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with Photoshop and InDesign is a plus.
Desire to work hard and have fun while setting a high standard for others to follow.
Ability to travel up to 10%.

The annual base pay for this position is:
Min $86,700 - Max $130,000Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
