About the Role:
In this role, you will play a crucial role in helping shape the future of our suite of software solutions in the Med Spa, Salon, and Spa industries. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a track record of successful product launches, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and sales teams. They will be responsible for setting key performance metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and customer-centricity.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate the product vision and strategy to align with company objectives and market opportunities.
- Lead and mentor the product management team, fostering professional growth and ensuring alignment with product goals.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure cohesive product development and go-to-market strategies.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and potential opportunities for product innovation.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Manage the product portfolio, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact, resource availability, and strategic alignment.
- Experience: 10+ years in product management, with significant time in the beauty, wellness, or payments industries preferred.
- Ability to develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with business objectives and market needs.
- Proven experience in leading, mentoring, and motivating a product management team to achieve high performance and professional growth.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with engineering, marketing, sales, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive product development and successful launches.
- Proficiency in using data and metrics to inform product decisions, measure success, and optimize product performance.
