Role Summary:
  • Our client is looking for someone to lead the development and deployment of an EdTech solution for the US market.
  • The ideal candidate is passionate about education technology, experienced in client engagement, and adept at navigating complex stakeholder environments. This role combines strategic product thinking with strong relationship-building skills to ensure we deliver meaningful outcomes to educators, students, and institutions. Prior Public Sector experience is a plus.
  • The EST Time zone is preferred.
  • The role is remote, with 10-15% travel required.

Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute the product roadmap for our US-focused EdTech solution, aligning with business strategy and customer needs.
  • Gather and translate user feedback, market research, and competitor analysis into actionable product enhancements.
  • Engage directly with clients (Public Sector Client) to understand their challenges and demonstrate solution value.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
  • Manage the full product lifecycleβ€”from ideation and scoping to launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, balancing diverse stakeholder needs and ensuring product decisions prioritize value and impact.
  • Monitor product performance using KPIs, analytics, and customer insights to drive growth and engagement.
  • Advocate for compliance with educational standards, data privacy, and accessibility requirements in the US EdTech landscape (e.g., FERPA, COPPA).


Required Skills:
  • 4–7 years of experience in product management, ideally within EdTech, SaaS, or education-related industries.
  • Strong background in client engagement, stakeholder management, and building trusted relationships with educators, schools, and administrators.
  • Proven ability to define and deliver successful product strategies in a fast-paced, competitive market.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills with experience using data to inform product decisions.
  • Comfortable balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution.
  • Familiarity with US K–12 or higher education ecosystems and experience dealing with public sector clients are strongly preferred.
