DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

The Field Internal Communication Leader is a senior internal communications and change management professional responsible for making the Group’s transformation strategy clear, actionable, and successfully adopted across all six regions.

Operating at the interface between Group Communications, HR, Transformation, and Regional Leadership, this role ensures consistent global messaging while adapting communication to local realities - with a strong focus on supporting Regional Vice-Presidents, Country Managers, and Line Managers who drive change in a decentralized environment.

The position requires a proven background in internal communications, organizational transformation, and change management, along with strong influencing skills and the ability to navigate complex regional and cultural contexts.

As the Field Internal Communication Leader, you will:

Transformation & Change Communication

  • Lead internal communication planning and execution for the company’s transformation agenda across all regions.
  • Translate complex business initiatives into simple, actionable internal messages for regional and field audiences.
  • Produce and distribute transformation communication kits (talk tracks, slides, FAQs, huddle guides, short videos).
  • Ensure all communication aligns with change impacts, HR processes, and transformation milestones.

Regional & Country Leadership Partnering

  • Act as the primary internal communication point of contact for Regional Vice-Presidents and Regional Leadership Teams.
  • Build strong collaborative relationships with Country Managers to understand local contexts and support country-level cascades.
  • Support leaders in preparing for internal events such as town halls, transformation updates or leadership sessions.e
  • Anticipate local sensitivities and provide guidance on adapting messages and timing.

Localization & Field Execution

  • Adapt global internal communication frameworks to regional and country realities while maintaining full alignment with the Group narrative and visual identity.
  • Manage the sequencing, timing, and channel strategy of internal messages to match regional calendars and operational priorities.
  • Equip Managers with the tools and support they need to communicate the transformation clearly and confidently.

Governance, Quality & Standards

  • Ensure all regional and country internal communications follow corporate standards, templates, tone of voice, and branding guidelines.
  • Maintain version control and manage the transformation internal communication hub.
  • Track delivery timelines, effectiveness of internal cascades, and feedback from the field.

Insights, Measurement & Impact

  • Monitor internal communication KPIs, message adoption, and sentiment at regional and country levels.
  • Collect insights from regional and country leaders to identify risks, blockers, or emerging needs.
  • Share findings with Group Communications and Value Creation Office to inform strategic decisions and continuous improvement.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you

    The ideal Field Internal Communication Leader:

    Experience

    • 10+ years in internal communications, transformation communication, or change management.
    • Proven experience supporting large-scale transformation in decentralized or multi-region organizations.
    • Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leaders (RVPs, Country Managers, HRBPs).

    Capabilities

    • Excellent storytelling and writing abilities, capable of simplifying complex concepts.
    • Strong influencing and communication skills, with the ability to work across diverse cultures and time zones.
    • Strategic thinking combined with strong operational execution capabilities.
    • High autonomy, adaptability, and comfort operating in fast-paced transformation environments.
    • Direct and transversal people and project management.
