About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and execution-oriented Global Brand & Communications Lead to define, build, and scale our brand presence across key global markets. You will be instrumental in increasing brand recognition, deepening audience engagement, and ensuring message consistency across all channels.

This role combines high-level strategy with hands-on delivery. You will collaborate closely with the founding team and growth leaders to develop a unified brand voice, build influential partnerships, and execute communications strategies that position us as a leader in the neurotechnology and healthtech space.

This is a rare opportunity for a commercially minded brand leader to create a world-class D2C brand in one of the most exciting and impactful sectors of health and medtech.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead global brand positioning, perception, awareness, and communications strategy

  • Build and manage strategic brand partnerships aligned with growth objectives

  • Lead elite influencer collaborations to amplify our brand across target audiences

  • Develop and execute PR and press strategies, securing high-impact media coverage and thought leadership opportunities

  • Direct the organic content strategy across all brand channels

  • Manage a high-performing brand team, including in-house talent and agency partners, to deliver against brand and business goals

  • Own and implement global PR and communications strategies to support key campaigns and product launches

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and executive teams to maintain brand alignment



Requirements

  • Strong understanding of science-backed brand building, ideally within health, wellness, or tech sectors

  • Proven ability to build and foster strategic partnerships and external relationships

  • Experience working across both US and European markets

  • Demonstrated track record of building globally recognized brands

  • Familiarity with both traditional and unconventional brand strategies/playbooks

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

  • Working knowledge of performance marketing and its relationship with brand efforts

  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to tie brand strategy to business outcomes

  • Ideally, candidates will have experience working with renowned or top-tier brands
