JOB TITLE:
Marketing and Communications Assistant
JOB PURPOSE:
Assist the WYECPLC Senior Program Coordinator and team of Learning Specialists with marketing and communication to support statewide training and outreach.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage approval and reporting on statewide trainings (STARS training system)
Website and email platform management (Squarespace, Constant Contact)
Oversee learning management system and monitor course completion (Articulate Rise)
Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook)
Assist with podcast production and dissemination (Podbean)
Assist with design and distribution of marketing materials (Adobe Suite)
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
