Job Description

As a Internal Communications Coordinator, youโ€™ll help implement a global internal communications strategy, ensuring key projects are understood across the business. Job Overview

Employment Type: Full-time
Shift: Mid Shift (Mon - Fri, 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Weekends Off
Work Setup: Permanent Work From Home

Your Daily Tasks
  • Creating a range of captivating content across various channels, including websites, SharePoint, blogs, email campaigns, newsletters, podcasts, presentations, social media, release notes, and promotional materials
  • Conducting ongoing research and performance analysis
  • Acting as the custodian of internal and external communications, supporting campaigns and initiatives across the business and subsidiaries to ensure brand consistency and best practices
  • Utilizing design tools to create visuals
  • Updating website content as required, including news articles
  • Managing relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Providing administrative support as needed
  • Curating content that engages, educates, and resonates with the target audience
  • Pioneering innovative ways to enhance employee sentiment and internal engagement

Requirements

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 3โ€“5 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to stay organized and meet tight deadlines
  • Experience working with external PR agencies and media (preferred)
  • Proactive mindset with a strong drive for delivering efficient, high-quality work
  • Proficiency in Office 365 tools, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Stream, and Planner
  • Experience in creating and editing SharePoint pages
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Suite, and Canva
  • Proven ability to write compelling content for diverse audiences and stakeholders
  • Background in financial services, technology, SaaS, or professional services
  • Ability to write across both technical and non-technical content themes
  • Confidence in using a data-driven approach to shape communication strategies
