Task Description

We’re looking for an Internal Communications Lead to join our Corporate Communications Team. As Internal Communications Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our communication strategy towards our internal stakeholders across the globe. You will craft compelling narratives, and contribute to internal communications to foster a cohesive and informed organizational culture.

Core activities include:

•  Manage internal communications strategic plans and initiatives, from beginning to end.
• Plan the frequency of, and vehicles for, communications and coordinate across different areas of the business and the company globally.
• Craft engaging content for our internal channels, including intranet, and company-wide announcements and events.
• Support leadership in communicating on the company’s strategy and key organizational updates to employees globally.
• Managing the flow of communications across different departments and locations.
• Measuring and presenting results of communication efforts.

Your Profile

• Fluent English, with excellent verbal and written communication, creative and visual skills, including experience in video production and slide design.
• Ability to lead conversations with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Familiarity with international markets and cultural sensitivities.
• Experience in project management and coordinating content for events.
• Knowledge in the architecture of employee engagement tools, intranet, sharepoint.
• Experience working with social media is a plus.

Please bear in mind that this position is based in Belgium and offers a permanent contract, with an on-site presence required 2-3 days per week.
