The Role

The role of Internal Communications Specialist will help to deliver our APAC Corporate Communications Strategy by supporting the business to achieve its strategic goals with effective and focused communications.
It will achieve this via acting as a strategic partner to select divisions of SEEK and offering informed and effective communication advice and support, while bringing local expertise and market insights to drive APAC-wide impact.
SEEK’s Internal Communications Specialist role is integral to delivering exceptional employee experience through strategic communications. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Communications APAC & Asia, this position supports APAC Corporate Communications Strategy execution across all SEEK markets, with a particular focus on Asia.
The role will understand SEEK’s business strategy and industries, partner with specific divisions, and leverage local expertise for regional impact. The role requires deep knowledge of how internal communications enhance employee engagement.
The Specialist will execute communications strategy, create engaging content promoting SEEK’s objectives and culture, and manage key relationships with both technical specialists and senior leaders.
The collaborative environment at SEEK requires flexible thinking, strong time management skills and comfort with feedback. The ideal candidate should be motivated to understand our strategy and apply critical thinking to enhance the internal communications strategy.

This role reports to our Head of Corporate Communications, APAC & Asia in SEEK’s Corporate Communications team. You will work closely with and be well supported by colleagues in internal communications, external communications and communication channels, located in Asia and ANZ.
