Job Objective(s)
- Support the Head, Corporate Communications to build, develop and maintain valuable relationships with internal sponsors and partners. Identify potential sponsors, sponsorship opportunities, negotiate sponsorship packages.
- Plan, organize, and execute events, such as conferences, seminars, and product launches corporate social events and coordinate all aspects of events, including logistics, marketing, and budgeting.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Execute internal communications strategy and policies
- Content development and management
- Ensure communication of the department’s strategic direction and objectives to all staff.
- Contribute to the overall achievement of the organization’s mission & vision through effective staff engagement.
- Support executive staff profiling and management on internal channels
- Keep abreast of global best practices and make recommendations on how they impact the unit’s role
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- Contribute to the planning and development of annual Marketing and Communications activities for the group.
- Enforce brand consistency on all internal channels, communication and platforms
- Sponsorship, Events
- Contribute to the development of a robust and effective execution roadmap for events management strategy
- Create and plan event(s) to foster networking opportunities.Maintain group wide calendar of events and sponsorship activities,
- Implement a system that enables mid- and long-term planning and effective execution of event and sponsorship for the company
- Manage group wide calendar of activities and events to ensure harmony and efficiency.
- Ensure appropriate branding at all events.
- Plan, organize and drive various CRS initiatives for the enhancement of the Group’s performance, including timely disclosure of our CRS performance in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and execute CRS programs as well as conduct periodic assessments to determine outcomes and effectiveness
- Maintain the security of all information entrusted with you, and ensure full compliance with all principles and policies in the IS Handbook.
- Any other related responsibilities may be assigned.
Requirements
Education: B.Sc./HND in Marketing, Mass Communications, or related field.
Experience: At least 2-6 years’ experience in Marketing and communications, or a related role in Marketing Communications
Professional qualification and certifications required (CIM, NIMN, ARCON, and other relevant professional qualification)
