Responsibilities
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies that align with company objectives and enhance employee engagement.
- Craft clear, compelling, and timely communications to various employee audiences.
- Manage internal communication platforms, including the company intranet, newsletters, and information sessions.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure consistent messaging across the organization.
- Organize and facilitate events that promote collaboration and team building.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of internal communications and make recommendations for improvement.
- Provide guidance and support to management on communication-related matters.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Human Resources, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in internal communications or related areas
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful internal communication strategies
- Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills to measure communication effectiveness
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English is preferred
