About the Business

Work you'll do

We are looking for a marketing manager/senior manager with enthusiasm in event management in Shanghai office. His/her role will mainly focus on assisting Chief Marketing Officer to prepare and execute corporate events, including online events and offline events, client seminars, etc. The role will incorporate a number of daily responsibilities including:

• Event execution and on-site support. Types of event may include offline event, seminar, roundtable, exhibition, webinar, etc.
• Event internal & external communications and promotions
• Arrange project meetings and follow up meeting minutes by facilitating the preparation process
• Acting as coordinator to align design/layout/printings/productions and branded collaterals
• Marketing vendor pool management
• Regular admin work related to branding and production

We are looking for someone with

• 10-15 years’ experience in related fields
• Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, English, business or related discipline
• Working experience in marketing/communication/public relations, ideally in an MNC environment and has experience in engaging in large events of the firm, and building effective relationships at all levels and have strong business awareness
• A positive and willing-to-learn attitude/enthusiasm for marketing that adapt to heavy-load task in a focus period
• Ability to think laterally and multi-task, respond quickly
• Well-developed and professional interpersonal skills
• Good in English, spoken and written
• Good PPT/ Excel skills
