Description

The Test & Measurement Global Marketing team is seeking a Sr. Field Marketing Manager to drive growth across the Americas. Based in the US (preferably Austin), you’ll serve as a key field marketing leader, working closely with regional sales and global marketing teams to activate global campaigns and lead regional marketing programs that fuel demand, elevate brand presence, and accelerate revenue. This role is a great fit for self-starters who thrive on partnering with sales, engaging with customers and driving marketing programs to generate pipeline and revenue. 

 

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Act as a strategic partner to the regional sales team, aligning marketing programs to support both global and local growth objectives.
  • Plan and execute regional marketing campaigns that build awareness, generate demand, and foster customer advocacy across target markets.
  • Localize global campaigns and content to reflect regional needs, customer preferences, and market trends—ensuring relevance and impact.
  • Support sales enablement by providing tools, templates, training, and communications that increase campaign adoption and customer engagement.
  • Represent the NI platform value proposition during customer engagements, events, and roadshows, reinforcing messaging consistency and market positioning.
  • Identify and activate regional opportunities through local associations, trade media, and partner networks to expand market reach and visibility.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with global marketing, sales, business unit, product, and partner teams to shape messaging, provide feedback, and drive cohesive go-to-market execution.
  • Monitor campaign performance and pipeline impact using Salesforce and other tools, ensuring marketing activity is measurable and aligned to revenue goals.
  • Lead regional sales communications, including newsletters, enablement sessions, and internal updates, to keep teams informed and aligned on current marketing efforts.

What You Bring to the Role:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in field marketing, product marketing, regional marketing, or B2B demand generation
  • Familiarity with the test and measurement industry 
  • Proven ability to collaborate with both direct sales teams and indirect channels to drive pipeline and revenue
  • Proficiency with Salesforce (or other CRM platforms) and marketing performance analytics
  • Deep understanding of the America’s market, customer landscape, and regional business culture
  • Must be located in United States
  • Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is$99,000 - $140,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
