This is a remote position.
We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing & Communications Manager who will drive lead generation, own our content strategy, and take responsibility for media buying and full-funnel performance. This role is for someone who understands how to create content that speaks to business owners, builds authority in our industries, and delivers measurable results.

Lead and refine Monjez’s brand positioning and messaging.
Craft clear, actionable messaging that speaks directly to the needs of our target clients.
Build and execute content strategies across LinkedIn, YouTube, Webinars, Blog, Reels, and short-form video.
Develop practical, use-case driven content that supports lead generation, onboarding, and client education.
Collaborate with Business Development on sales enablement content.
Own media buying across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
Manage paid campaigns to deliver qualified leads.
Monitor and optimize funnel performance across CRM, landing pages, and nurturing sequences.
Translate product features and client success stories into marketing narratives.
Align closely with Product and Operations teams.
Monitor KPIs across all marketing activities.
Run continuous experiments to optimize performance and lead conversion rates.
Total monthly compensation of EGP 35K-45K based on experience (including all perks and allowances).
