The Peripheral Vascular Health (PVH) Operating Unit is dedicated to the treatment of peripheral arterial and venous diseases. We offer our physician customers a comprehensive suite of products and therapies to treat varying degrees of vascular disease — disorders of the circulatory system outside of the brain and heart. Our goal is to help healthcare professionals save limbs, reduce pain, and treat diseases so their patients can get back to enjoying what they love.
As Marketing Communications Specialist for the PVH Operating Unit, you will be supporting the PVH Western Europe Marketing organization to achieve our ambitious growth objectives by developing, disseminating and assessing the performance of promotional assets and omnichannel campaigns. To that end, you will work with internal resources and external agencies to create world-class campaigns and drive key performance metrics, including but not limited to: click-through rates, monthly active users, and lead generation.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Collaborate with PVH WE Marketing to develop and execute the marketing campaigns to support key business objectives
- Ensure social media channels and websites are continuously updated and optimized to provide a great user experience for the targeted personas
- Work with creative resources to design and craft compelling assets for campaigns
- Monitor and optimize campaigns across all channels to drive increased ROI
- Provide performance reports on campaigns to PVH Marketing team and provide recommendations for improvements
- Manage agencies to ensure expectations on brand compliance, deadlines, performance, and budget are met
- Drive efficient resources utilization and prioritization to ensure smooth campaign orchestration throughout the fiscal year
- Track content and advertisement requirements and regulations by working closely with functional stakeholders including Marketing, Regulatory, Legal.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Deep understanding of Digital Marketing mix and ecosystem (Email, SEO, Web, Social Media, SEM, paid media, and account based marketing)
- Skilled in marketing campaign planning, experimentation and execution
- Data Analytics and the ability to render meaningful insights from raw data
- Outstanding written, oral communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep multiple complex projects moving forward.
Nice-to-have qualifications include experience with Adobe Workfront, proficiency in using AI tools to support marketing communications, and a PMP certification.
