Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8AM-5PM PST (8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, 1 hour unpaid lunch break)
Job Title: Marketing Communications Specialist – Social Media & Public Communications
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage social media strategy across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, and more.
- Draft, design, and publish compelling posts, announcements, and digital content with minimal supervision.
- Develop flyers, visuals, and campaigns to promote events, initiatives, and updates.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice while actively engaging with audiences online.
- Create and maintain a content calendar with regular updates aligned with marketing goals.
- Monitor analytics and adapt strategies based on performance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into public-facing content.
Requirements
Must-Have:
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or social media management.
- Exceptional written English communication skills (minimum 8/10).
- Experience using social media tools (LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter) and scheduling platforms.
- Strong visual communication skills and proficiency with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using modern digital marketing platforms.
