Who we are looking for?
As an Online Reputation Manager, you will fully own how our brand is represented on external review platforms such as Trustpilot, App Store, Google Play, SiteJabber, and others.
Your mission is to build a scalable, data-driven review operations system that:
- protects user trust,
- minimizes fake or policy-violating reviews,
- and transforms real user feedback into actionable product and business insights.
This is a hands-on role with high ownership and direct impact on brand trust, growth, and decision-making.
Your impact:
- Detect, investigate, and remove fake, misleading, or policy-violating reviews
- Build and maintain a clear review classification framework (root cause, theme, severity, action)
- Design end-to-end workflows and SLAs for review handling
- Monitor reputation risks, spikes, and review dynamics across platforms
- Collaborate closely with Support, Product, SERM, Legal, and Marketing teams
- Own communication and relationships with review platforms
- Drive automation and AI initiatives in review operations
- Prepare clear reports, dashboards, and insights for leadership
About you:
- 1.5+ years in reputation management, review platforms, or user feedback operations
- Strong understanding of how review platforms work
- Excellent written English for public responses
- Analytical mindset and structured thinking
- Experience with processes, dashboards, and data
- High ownership, proactivity, and attention to detail
