About Shine Talent Group:
Welcome to Shine Talent Group
At Shine, we don’t just manage influencers—we champion them. As a global powerhouse in influencer management, we work with the best of the best creators across the U.S., Canada and the U.K., helping them turn their passions into thriving careers.
But here’s the best part: working at Shine is just as exciting as the industry we’re shaping. We’re a team of creative, driven, and all-around fun people who love what we do. Collaboration is our thing, big ideas are what we're all about, and we believe that when talent (both creators and our own team) is supported, incredible things happen.
So, if you’re looking for a job that’s fast-paced, full of energy, and at the heart of influencer culture—welcome to Shine Talent Group. Let’s do amazing things together!
The Opportunity:
As Shine continues to grow and our talent roster expands, we're looking to bring our PR team in-house! We're excited to amplify our voice across the industry, bringing more visibility to both Shine and the talent we represent.
The role leads the charge on all things public-facing: crafting narratives, landing standout press, building lasting media relationships, and getting our talent (and our team) on the right guest lists, in the right rooms, and featured in the right publications. Think front-row seats, thoughtful storytelling, and culturally relevant moments that drive conversation.
We’re looking for someone experienced, strategic, media-savvy, and full of fresh ideas. You know how to build buzz without forcing it, bring a thoughtful approach to every pitch, and show up with confidence in fast-moving rooms.
