As a Senior Manager – Investor Relations, you will manage investor relations activities and play a key role in building and maintaining trust with our investors, analysts, and stakeholders. This is a highly visible Group-level role that supports Multitude’s transparency, reputation, and investor engagement in the capital markets. Investor Relations at Multitude includes both equity and debt investor engagement, the latter in collaboration with the treasury function. You will report directly to the Head of Investor Relations and Treasury.
Location: Germany – Remote (within Germany), Full-time
Your focus:
- Lead the execution of the investor relations strategy in alignment with Multitude Group’s financial goals and the strategic priorities of all business units across capital markets
- Ensure compliance with all relevant reporting requirements
- Prepare and manage key communication materials such as annual and quarterly reports, stock exchange releases, presentations, and investor newsletters
- Manage and coordinate share buybacks and other capital markets transactions
- Coordinate and participate in investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows
- Monitor and analyze market trends, investor sentiment, and competitor activity to provide actionable insights to the leadership team
- Maintain and update the investor relations section of the company website to ensure accurate and timely disclosure
- Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and stock exchanges
- Manage the preparation and coordination of quarterly earnings calls and financial disclosures
- Collaborate with internal teams (finance, legal, ESG, communications & marketing, etc.) to ensure accuracy and consistency across all investor materials
- Develop and maintain relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and other stakeholders
Required skills & qualifications:
Must-have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 5–6 years of experience in investor relations, financial communications, or a related role at a listed company at Frankfurt Stock Exchange, ideally Prime Standard
- In-depth knowledge of financial statements, capital markets, and investor relations best practices
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, compelling messages
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Nice-to-have:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in German
- Master’s degree or CFA certification
- Experience using IR tools and platforms (e.g., EQS, investor CRM systems)
- Familiarity with the fintech sector or a fast-paced financial environment
