The Strategic Pipeline Alliance Project is at the exciting delivery stage, with additional projects lined up to undertake during AMP8. At SPA, we embrace innovation, digital technology, and collaboration with our partners, including Farrans, MMB, Costain and Jacobs. 

About the Role:

Are you a graduate ready to make a real-world impact? Join a growing team delivering an innovative and essential infrastructure project that will serve millions across East Anglia.

We are looking for a motivated Graduate to support the stakeholder engagement and delivery teams during the pre-construction and construction stages of the project. You will assist in the preparation and review of stakeholder engagement materials and documentation, support the planning and delivery of engagement, consultation, and communication activities for SPA infrastructure and non-infrastructure projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support engagement with project stakeholders across local authorities, statutory and non-statutory bodies, communities, and other parties.
  • Assist in developing and delivering project-specific stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Help identify and map stakeholders, categorising them by influence, interest, and impact.
  • Assist with consultation activities such as workshops, exhibitions, virtual events, and site visits.
  • Support a range of engagement methods, including community meetings, and digital engagement; helping to build relationships with local communities, businesses, and public sector partners.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A degree in a relevant subject (e.g., communications, geography, environment, social sciences)
  • Preferable experience (including placements/internships) in stakeholder or community engagement projects
  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical and external audiences
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with a proactive, detail-driven approach and a willingness to learn
  • Full UK driving licence (or working towards it)
