One of our companies is currently looking for a Sr. Manager, Brand & Communications in the United States.

We are looking for a highly strategic and creative Senior Manager of Brand & Communications to elevate brand awareness, thought leadership, and media presence. This role is key to defining and executing a compelling brand narrative across corporate communications, public relations, and content marketing. You’ll work closely with PR agencies, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to craft impactful messaging that resonates across the wealth management and fintech sectors. Your leadership will play a vital role in supporting sales enablement and positioning the company as a category leader in estate planning solutions.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead and manage public relations efforts, including agency collaboration, press releases, and media engagement.
  • Drive thought leadership programs through executive visibility, speaking engagements, and original content.
  • Own the content roadmap and develop high-quality assets such as whitepapers, blogs, webinars, and case studies.
  • Oversee internal and external corporate communications, ensuring consistency in brand voice and positioning.
  • Collaborate with sales to create marketing materials that align with business goals and accelerate the pipeline.
  • Track and report key KPIs including media reach, lead generation, and brand engagement.
  • Partner cross-functionally with product, sales, and demand gen teams to align on messaging and collateral.



Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate marketing, communications, or PR, preferably in B2B SaaS, fintech, or wealth management.
  • Demonstrated success managing PR agencies and building strategic communications plans.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a talent for storytelling and brand narrative development.
  • Strong project management capabilities and a proactive, self-starter mindset.
  • Proficiency in tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and other marketing automation platforms.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
