We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented team player to join the CEO Office as a Strategy & Corporate Affairs Project Manager.

The Strategy & Corporate Affairs Project Manager will report to the VP, Strategy & Corporate Affairs & Chief of Staff, partnering closely with senior leaders to execute key projects, deliver business insights, and strengthen organizational alignment.

This role will support and drive cross-functional strategic initiatives and projects that shape the companyโ€™s direction.

The ideal candidate is passionate about working with data and AI tools - someone who not only spots patterns but also tells the story behind the numbers, translating insights into strategic actions that drive business growth.


Key responsibilities:

  • Drive cross-functional strategic projects, ensuring milestones, timelines, and deliverables are met
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and materials for senior leadership and board meetings
  • Support the CEO Office and strategic agenda by managing priorities, following up on action items, and preparing for meetings
  • Track project progress, identify issues, and recommend solutions to keep initiatives on track
  • Provide business insights by analyzing data to identify trends and deliver clear, actionable recommendations to business leaders
  • Monitor KPIs to track progress, surface risks, and support business goals
  • Help define and update KPIs to align teams around key objectives
  • Research data sources to support planning and analysis
  • Test and apply new tools and technologies, including AI, to enhance reporting and project execution
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to execute key projects and drive business growth

Education & Experience:

  • 2โ€“4 years of experience as a business analyst, project coordinator, PMO analyst, or in a similar role (consulting, high tech or corporate strategy environment preferred)
  • BA management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

  • Proficient in CRM and business systems; quick to master new technologies/systems

  • Strong project management; adept at balancing priorities in fast-paced environments
  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills & a proactive mindset
  • Highly motivated, takes ownership, and consistently delivers solutions
  • Experience with data analysis tools is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication (English, native-level preferred)
