Job Description:

C2 Labs is seeking a dynamic and experienced Training and Communications Lead to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring effective communication and comprehensive training related to compliance initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and delivering compliance training programs in coordination with CMS DSPC (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, Data Security and Privacy Control) and maintaining clear and consistent stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging and effective compliance training programs in coordination with CMS DSPC guidelines and requirements.
• Create training materials, presentations, and documentation to support training initiatives.
• Maintain consistent and effective communication with stakeholders regarding compliance updates, training schedules, and other relevant information.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date.
• Track and report on training completion and effectiveness.
• Develop and implement communication strategies to promote compliance awareness and adherence.
• Manage communication channels, including email, newsletters, and intranet updates.
• Address stakeholder inquiries and provide support related to compliance training and communications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3-5 years of experience in training, communications, or a related field.
• Experience developing and delivering training programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Familiarity with compliance regulations and requirements (e.g., HIPAA, FedRAMP) is a plus.
• Experience working with CMS DSPC or other government agencies is a plus.
