The Role:

We are seeking a talented and creative Communications Lead with a strong design background to join our team.

The ideal candidate will bring 10-15+ years of experience in communications, marketing, or design, with a strong emphasis on visual communication and brand storytelling. This role requires a proactive individual capable of developing strategic communication initiatives and managing the brand's visual identity across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communication Strategy & Content Development
    • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive communication strategies to support organizational goals.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input, define communication objectives, and develop creative concepts.
    • Draft and design visual communication materials, including presentations, marketing assets, infographics, and web/social media content.
    • Produce multimedia content such as videos, animations, and interactive presentations.
  • Brand Identity & Design
    • Manage the organization’s visual brand identity, including logo usage, templates, and brand guidelines.
    • Ensure consistency and alignment with brand values across all communication materials.
    • Enhance visual storytelling and reinforce messaging through impactful design.
  • Project & Campaign Management
    • Lead and execute visual campaigns across various channels including print, digital, and social media.
    • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver high-quality design assets.
    • Oversee timelines, resource allocation, and creative approvals to ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitoring and Optimization
    • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze campaign effectiveness.
    • Provide insights and recommendations for improvement using data-driven strategies.
    • Stay current with design and communication trends, tools, and best practices.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 10 -15+ years of experience in communications, marketing, or design with a strong portfolio of visual content.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
  • Strong storytelling, writing, and editing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Strong team leadership and managerial skills. 


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in brand strategy, positioning, and visual identity design.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Adobe Certified Associate, HubSpot Content Marketing).
