We’re expanding our team and looking for a Digital PR Specialist who excels in securing high-authority backlinks through HARO (Help A Reporter Out) and similar platforms. To be eligible for this role, you must have experience working at a marketing agency and possess a minimum of two years of experience, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
The Ad Firm is offering a remote position with workdays from 8 am to 5 pm PST, with the potential to switch to flexible hours after the initial probationary period. Since 2009, we have been a digital marketing agency that consistently helps our clients' companies grow online. We specialize in aiding companies in their growth and monitoring the success we bring to each client.
Key Responsibilities
- HARO Outreach: Identify relevant queries and craft compelling, tailored pitches that align with journalists’ needs.
- Pitch Crafting: Write high-quality responses that are clear, concise, and engaging, increasing the chances of securing placements in top-tier publications.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, and industry influencers to foster long-term collaboration.
- Campaign Management: Organize and track outreach efforts, measure success, and adjust strategies to meet KPIs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with SEO strategists and content teams to align outreach efforts with broader SEO goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in digital PR, HARO outreach, or similar link-building activities.
- Pitching Expertise: Proven track record of writing successful pitches that secure high-DR backlinks.
- Research Skills: Ability to identify relevant journalist requests and select opportunities that align with clients’ industries and niches.
- Relationship Management: Skilled at building and nurturing relationships with media contacts.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with strong project management abilities.
