The Role


The Influencer and PR Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the execution and management of influencer partnerships and broader public relations initiatives. This role ensures campaigns drive measurable ROI, elevate brand visibility, and align with overall communications strategy. The Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing agency-managed influencer partners, tracking key performance metrics, and supporting brand ambassador initiatives. Additionally, the role will contribute to PR efforts by assisting with media outreach, maintaining press lists, coordinating product seeding, and identifying opportunities for earned media coverage. This role will report to the Senior Director of Influencers and Socials and is a full-time (40 hr/wk), hourly, non-exempt, remote position. It is preferred that candidates be able to work the EST timezone. The compensation for this role is $25-27 USD/hr.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day execution of influencer campaigns, including timelines, deliverables, and communication.
  • Oversee agency and freelancer-managed influencer partnerships and ensure alignment with brand objectives.
  • Track and analyze influencer campaign performance data (engagement rate, conversions, reach vs. cost) and benchmarks (views, shares, brand mentions),, report insights, and suggest optimizations.
  • Support the Senior Director in managing brand ambassador relationships and maintaining regular touchpoints.
  • Contribute to PR initiatives by assisting with press outreach, product gifting, and earned media strategy.
  • Maintain and update accurate media and influencer lists across platforms and regions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (creative, social, legal, etc.) to align influencer/PR messaging and brand storytelling.
  • Manage incoming product requests and support seeding strategy to maximize brand exposure.
  • Contribute to quarterly influencer and PR strategic goals.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.
  • Some travel (<10%) may be required, with advance notice provided to the employee.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is required..
  • 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, public relations, or brand communications, preferably in an agency or consumer-facing brand environment.
  • Proven experience managing or coordinating influencer partnerships and campaigns across social platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Understanding of influencer engagement strategies, partnership structures, and social media trends.
  • Basic knowledge of media relations, press outreach, and earned media practices.
  • Ability to manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and communication across multiple stakeholders.
  • Competency in tracking performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, ROI), analyzing data, and presenting insights; able to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with PR strategies and tools, including media outreach, press list management, and product gifting/seeding.


Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. 
  • This role involves sitting most of the time, but may also involve moving for brief periods of time.
