ABOUT CARECENTRIX

 

CareCentrix offers in-home care solutions to payors and health systems to help more of their members access the home care they need when they need it. Through a single platform, CareCentrix coordinates multiple, complex home care needs for over 16 million members through a national network of approximately 6,700 provider locations, resulting in a simplified patient and physician experience.

With proprietary HomeFirst Analytics to stratify risk and optimize care delivery, CareCentrix takes on the complexities of care coordination and management of care in the home to provide essential insights. We are looking for students with a sense of purpose, passionate about healthcare, and the curiosity to experiment and learn. 

Responsibilities

Working under the guidance of senior team members, responsible for:

 

Internal Communications and Culture Work:

  • Significant creative support including creating graphics/flyers/PowerPoints, image sourcing, and editing videos
  • Managing corporate internal communications calendar
  • Developing content for internal company newsletters and email campaigns
  • Basic web development for company intranet (using Joomla)
  • Partnering with our Voice of the Employee cross-functional team to draft and schedule internal news posts about upcoming companywide events
  • Measuring and monitoring new post and email performance.
  • Ad-hoc projects to support Human Resources or corporate initiatives/priorities.

Marketing Work:

  • Social media support – monitoring, developing content, reporting
  • Create process for internal Marketing requests
  • Assist fulfillment of internal marketing requests
  • Audit and reorganize Marketing content library and develop standard naming convention for Marketing assets
  • Support a variety of projects aligned to departmental priorities (e.g. content creation/distribution, campaigns, program analysis)
  • Assist on ad hoc writing, editing, design, and project management as needed
  • Assist with tasks such as the writing, editing, and production of all external-facing corporate marketing and communication materials, including the corporate website, brochures and one-pagers etc.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or General Business
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with website content management design
  • Experienced with or the ability to quickly become proficient in programs and platforms such as Canva, Asana, Adobe, Miro, Staffbase, Joomla etc.
  • Strong passion for using creativity to enhance existing materials
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaborate with others
  • Participates in extra-curricular activities and demonstrates the energy, commitment, and drive necessary to succeed at CareCentrix
  • Committed to playing a positive role in each of the communities in which we operate
