Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, the Internal Communications Manager is a new position, responsible for developing and implementing internal communications strategies that inform and connect the Atlanta Botanical Garden’s 350+ full- and part-time employees. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and collaborative problem-solver, able to work effectively with leadership and staff across multiple departments in two Garden locations (Midtown Atlanta and Gainesville, GA). The Internal Communications Manager will have a key role in creating and defining organization-wide communications processes and tools that strengthen the Garden’s brand and are grounded in the Garden’s Mission, Vision and Values. This position is based in Atlanta, GA.
