We are looking for an Internal Digital Marketing & Communications Manager with prior UK experience to own and amplify JBi Digital’s story. This role will ensure that JBi is consistently positioned as a trusted, innovative, and values-driven digital agency across all channels — from our website and social media, to client-facing presentations and case studies.
The successful candidate will manage JBi’s brand voice, marketing collateral, partnerships, and content strategy, while working across the agency to ensure our positioning is clear, consistent, and impactful.
Key Responsibilities
Agency Marketing & Positioning
- Define, maintain, and evolve JBi’s brand positioning and narrative.
- Ensure storytelling is consistent across all touchpoints (website, presentations, case studies, proposals).
- Act as the guardian of the JBi brand voice, educating colleagues and embedding it into client interactions.
Website & Digital Presence
- Manage and optimise the JBi website — ensuring content is up to date, relevant, and SEO-friendly.
- Create and maintain engaging case studies, blogs, and thought leadership content.
- Oversee social media presence across LinkedIn, X, and other relevant platforms, building visibility and credibility.
Internal & External Communications
- Produce and manage marketing collateral (capability decks, one-pagers, proposal templates).
- Collaborate with Client Partners and Delivery teams to ensure proposals and client presentations reflect JBi’s story.
- Manage internal comms initiatives, ensuring staff understand and can communicate the agency’s positioning.
Partnerships & Thought Leadership
- Coordinate JBi’s presence with partners, industry bodies, and networks
- Amplify success stories from across the agency into external case studies and content.
Must-Have (Essential)
- Experience: 4–6 years in marketing or communications (agency or B2B environment) with UK Clients or UK-based companies.
- Marketing Communications Skills: Proven ability to manage websites, write engaging content, and run social media campaigns.
- Storytelling & Branding: Strong copywriting and messaging skills; able to distil complex projects into compelling narratives.
- Collaboration: Experience working across teams (client services, delivery, leadership) to shape consistent messaging.
- Tools: CMS (e.g. WordPress, Drupal), SEO basics, social scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, LinkedIn campaigns), design tools (Canva/Adobe).
Should-Have (Desirable)
- B2B / Digital Agency Experience: Background in agencies or consultancies.
- SEO / Analytics: Comfortable using Google Analytics and SEO tools to measure impact.
- Proposal/Tender Support: Experience developing or refining marketing collateral used in bids.
- Event Management: Coordinating webinars, conferences, or industry partnerships.
- Thought Leadership: Contributed to blogs, case studies, or campaigns that grew brand awareness.
