Greenstone Equity Partners is expanding across Asia and we are hiring an Investor Relations professional focused on Singapore. This is a high-impact, front-office fund placement role responsible for distributing global private market funds to Singapore’s institutional, sovereign, and wealth investor ecosystem.
You will serve as the local Singapore coverage lead, cultivating allocator relationships and supporting fundraising execution across private equity, private credit, real assets, infrastructure, and other alternative strategies.
🌏 Key Responsibilities
Fund Placement & Sales
- Lead the placement and distribution of assigned private market funds across Singapore.
- Execute fundraising campaigns and drive toward placement targets.
- Develop SG-specific sales strategies with Fund Managers and internal regional teams.
- Identify relevant Singapore allocators—including sovereign wealth funds, pensions, insurers, private banks, EAMs, multi-family offices, and corporates—and match them to suitable products.
- Deliver compelling fund pitches and articulate strategy, track record, and differentiators.
- Lead Singapore investor meetings, roadshows, and FM sessions.
- Manage a full fundraising pipeline: sourcing, pitching, follow-up, documentation, and closing.
- Support investors through DDQ, ODD, and investment committee processes; facilitate smooth subscription execution.
- Maintain accurate CRM entries and update senior leadership regularly.
Investor Coverage & Intelligence
- Develop deep knowledge of Singapore’s allocator ecosystem and decision-making structures.
- Source and expand new relationships across sovereign entities, insurers, PBs, and family offices.
- Maintain detailed CRM intelligence around Singapore LP preferences and allocation behavior.
Product Fit & Market Feedback
- Provide product-fit insights to the mandate sourcing team.
- Contribute to market studies and demand analysis for strategies relevant to the Singapore market.
Compliance
- Adhere to Singapore private placement regulations and internal compliance guidelines.
- Maintain documentation standards and complete mandatory training.
🎯 The Right Candidate
Essential
- Direct experience selling funds or financial products to Singapore investors
(SWFs, GLCs, insurers, PBs, EAMs, family offices, pensions).
- Strong understanding of Singapore’s allocator landscape and decision-making processes.
- Experience in institutional sales, fund placement, investor relations, or capital raising.
- Fluency in English; additional Asian languages an advantage.
- Strong relationship-building, commercial intuition, and pipeline management capability.
