The PR Manager will play a key role in shaping and communicating Hungry Mindsβ voice across multiple channels. Youβll lead public relations efforts for our e-commerce initiatives, new product launches, and brand storytelling β ensuring consistent, authentic, and impactful communication.
Develop and execute a comprehensive PR strategy aligned with brand and campaign goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media outlets, and influencers across lifestyle, education, and design sectors.
Draft press releases, media kits, and brand communications that capture the essence of Hungry Minds.
Secure media coverage for new product launches, partnerships, and company milestones.
Manage PR campaigns around crowdfunding and e-commerce launches.
Monitor media coverage, analyze results, and prepare performance reports.
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure message consistency across all channels.
Manage brand reputation and handle any press-related crisis communications.
Identify and leverage opportunities for brand storytelling, interviews, and thought leadership.
Proven experience as a PR Manager or Communications Lead, ideally within an e-commerce, lifestyle, or publishing brand.
Strong network of media and influencer contacts in relevant industries.
Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills (English; French is a plus).
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Experience managing PR for crowdfunding or international brand launches is a plus.
