The Resmed Investor Relations (IR) team is responsible for building and maintaining effective two-way communications between Resmed and the investment community, including shareholders and other institutional investors, sell-side analysts, and other financial stakeholders. This dialogue facilitates enhanced understanding and awareness of Resmed’s strategy, financial performance, and long-term growth opportunities to ultimately achieve a fair valuation for the company.
ROLE:
Resmed is looking for a Senior Manager, IR to serve as a key point of contact with the investment community. The Senior Manager, IR will work in partnership with the Chief Investor Relations Officer (CIRO) to build and execute a strategic IR marketing plan, including, but not limited to, targeting analysis, annual goal setting, event strategy and logistics coordination, presentation development, and related internal process management and reporting. This person will also support broader IR team initiatives, including quarterly earnings and other IR-related activities. This is a highly visible and critical role that will partner and collaborate with Resmed’s executive leadership team and multiple other functions to ensure we are communicating our Resmed story as effectively and efficiently as possible.

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills. This role is eligible to receive an annual cash bonus payment based on company, business unit, and/or individual performance. This role may be eligible to receive stock equity based on company, business unit, and/or individual performance, subject to the discretion of company. Base Pay Range for this position: $157,000 - $196,000 - $235,000 USD.
