The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and result driven Marketing and Communications Manager to lead integrated communications and design strategies within our fast-paced FinTech environment. This role demands both creativity and execution, combining marketing strategy, brand development, design oversight, and stakeholder communication to elevate our presence in the industry.

This position is ideal for a doer someone who not only thinks strategically but can roll up their sleeves and drive projects from ideation to completion. You’ll lead content creation, brand campaigns, and design initiatives, all while ensuring our messaging is clear, engaging, and aligned with our business goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing & Strategic Communications
    • Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing and communication strategies to support brand awareness and product growth.
    • Create compelling content for a variety of platforms including blogs, email newsletters, social media, press releases, and whitepapers.
    • Partner with senior leadership to develop messaging for media, events, and corporate communications.
    • Ensure consistency of messaging and branding across all channels and teams.
  • Creative & Design Oversight
    • Lead the creation of digital and print materials such as websites, presentations, marketing collateral, and advertising assets.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop designs that align with business objectives and enhance user experience.
    • Maintain brand design guidelines and enforce visual consistency across all touchpoints.
    • Stay ahead of design trends and recommend innovations to improve creative output.
  • Brand Management
    • Evolve and maintain the company’s brand identity across platforms and campaigns.
    • Conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns that differentiate our brand in the FinTech space.
    • Ensure brand messaging resonates with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Serve as a strategic partner to business units, tech teams, and external vendors.
    • Facilitate challenging discussions, resolve ambiguity, and influence decisions across all organizational levels.
    • Provide regular updates to executive sponsors, project steering committees, and transformation leads.
  • Team & Project Leadership
    • Manage and mentor a team of designers, content creators, and marketing specialists.
    • Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with strategic goals.
    • Lead project planning, timelines, and execution for all communication and design efforts.



Requirements: 

  • PMP certification, SAFe, CSM, SAP Certified Application Associate are highly preferred.
  • Experience with social media marketing and digital advertising.
  • Understanding of UI/UX design principles.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS or basic web development.
  • Ability to create infographics and data visualizations.
  • Background in startup or high-growth environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing and communications, with at least 2 years in a leadership role preferably in the FinTech or tech industry.
  • Proven portfolio showcasing strategic marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, and creative design work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Sketch, along with Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to break down complex FinTech concepts into accessible, engaging content.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
